How it works

Artist’s impressions and architectural illustrations in watercolour from elevations and plans. If you email me the information along with any useful photos I will give you a quote for the work immediately. Once accepted I send you a working ‘rough’ preliminary pencil sketch for approval of angle/details etc. When you are happy with this  I produce the finished illustration. I have a professional quality Scanner to send you high resolution scans of the image.
Artwork can be posted at cost if necessary.

Delivery

I am used to tight deadlines for planning applications, often required very quickly, but I have busy times and can get booked up ahead, so do check in advance for availability and I will do my best to deliver within your schedule.

Format

High resolution scanned images are usually supplied by email either as jpeg or pdf files.

Prices

Dependent upon scale and complexity of subject but starting from around £425.00 for a perspective illustration in watercolour of a single proposed house shown in its setting, and drawn from plans and elevations/site map. This would include the preliminary working sketch for approval. You receive a high resolution scanned jpeg image by email ready for  immediate use. (Original artwork can be posted at cost if necessary) I can give a firm quote before commitment on receiving the initial information.

These are used for planning applications, brochure, website advertising and site-board use, and have been commissioned by architects, developers, planners, and builders. I have worked for large organisations including Savills, Bovis Homes and the National Trust.
